Illinois apparently doesn't have a lack of attractive politicians.
In fact, Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-11) was recently voted one of the 50 most beautiful people by The Hill, which called him the "Tom Cruise of Congress."
Kinzinger, 33 of Manteno, Ill., served in the U.S. Air Force after the Sept. 11 attacks and served three tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan. He's been known for other heroic efforts, though, including the time in 2006 when he wrestled a knife away from a man who stabbed a woman in Milwaukee.
But not so fast, single ladies - he's got a girlfriend.
Kinzinger and his main squeeze met in the Air Force, and she is still being stationed in Charleston, N.C., according to The Hill.
Kinzinger was elected in January, defeating Democrat Debbie Halvorson, and represents the 11th district, which includes Joliet, Bloomington, Normal, Kankakee and LaSalle.
He isn't alone in the realm of hottie Illinois politicians. A shirtless Rep. Aaron Schock (R-18) showed off his notorious body on the cover of Men's Health in May.
