Four people were injured after a car plunged into a lagoon on Chicago's West Side overnight.

The driver lost control of the vehicle in the 100 block of North Central Park Avenue in East Garfield Park at 11:30 p.m. Monday, according to Chicago Police News Affairs. 

The victims included a 34-year-old female driver, a 13-year-old girl, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, said Officer Ronald Gaines. They were taken to St. Mary's Hospital in good condition.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
