Residents are being urged to take caution on the CTA Pink Line after a recent series of armed robberies, according to Chicago Police.

Officials said the offender, 22-30-year-old man, approaches victims with a handgun and forefully removes their cell phones before fleeing.

The man is said to be a black male around 6-feet tall, 160-185 pounds with pock marks on his face and tattoos on his left neck.
