The Chicago Bulls will be celebrating their 50th anniversary during the 2015-16 season, and as part of the party, they will host decades-themed nights at the United Center.
The fun will start during the team’s Nov. 5 game against the Oklahoma City Thunder when the Bulls celebrate their roots with a '60s Night promotion.
Here is the full list of games that the Bulls will host decade nights for:
Nov. 5: vs. Oklahoma City ('60s Night)
Dec. 16: vs. Memphis ('70s Night)
Jan. 20: vs. Golden State ('80s Night/50th Birthday Celebration)
Feb. 19: vs. Toronto ('90s Night)
Local
Mar. 7: vs. Milwaukee (2000s Night)
Apr. 9: vs. Cleveland (2010s Night)
Personally, we can’t wait for Marcus Fizer Heritage Night to celebrate the 2000s, but on a serious note, the Bulls will host a variety of other events and promotions to celebrate their golden anniversary throughout the season.
The team will also host a series of community events called “50 Community Contributions” as part of the celebration, and they also invite fans to share their favorite Bulls memories using the hashtag #Bulls50.
