A body was found in Lake Michigan Saturday afternoon, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The body was located at 4:20 p.m. about a half-mile from the end of Navy Pier, authorities confirmed.
Officials were unable to determine the sex or age, but will be sent to the Medical Examiner to make a final determination.
