Barber Who Shaved Famous Arrieta Haircut Hosts Pop-Up Shop for Cubs Fans in Chicago

The barber who shaved the now-famous Jake Arrieta haircut earlier this month is offering up his services to all of Chicago in a brief pop-up shop this week.

Miguel Rosas of New Style Barbershop will offer haircuts to Cubs fans at the ACME Hotel in downtown Chicago.

Rosas will style fans’ hair with designs of the team’s logo and portraits of the team's players, including the one he did for his son that went viral and even got Arrieta’s attention on Wrigley Field after the Cubs’ NLDS victory.

The pop-up shop will be open from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the hotel, located at 15 E. Ohio St. Prices for the haircuts will vary depending on the design.

Rosas said most of the haircuts will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, but fans looking to make an appointment can call (309) 631-1290.

The Cubs take on the Mets at home for Games 3 and 4 of the NLCS Tuesday and Wednesday. The Mets currently lead the series 2-0.
