Autopsy: Man Pulled from Lagoon was Stabbed to Death

    An autopsy Saturday revealed that a man whose body was found in a Marquette Park lagoon Friday was stabbed to death.

    The body of a still-unidentified male was found Friday in the 6700 block of South Kedzie Avenue, officials said.

    A person spotted the body in the lagoon around 9 a.m.

    An autopsy Saturday determined the man was killed from “multiple stab wounds” and his death was ruled a homicide, according to a spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
