Auto Show Previews First Look for Charity Food

    2006: First Look for Charity. Since 1992, the Chicago Auto Show has hosted the First Look for Charity; an evening of elegance that blends gourmet food and drink with the latest vehicles. Over the years, tickets sales to the black-tie affair has raised upwards of $24 million for numerous charities.

    Friday marked perhaps the most mouthwatering day in the build up to the 2014 Chicago Auto Show. The Chicago Auto Traders Traders Association previewed some of the food that will be featured at its annual charity event, First Look for Charity. 

    The First Look for Charity Black Tie ball Iis all about raising money for 18 vital Chicago area charities, which will benefit from the more than $2 million expected to be raised.

    And, food and cars, of course. 

    This year the event goes off on Friday February 7 at 7 a.m. NBCChicago will livestream the red carpet, so purchase your tax-deductable $250 ticket to the show and get seen.
