Police Unsure How Man Died

A 23-year-old man was killed in Englewood Tuesday morning, but police said it wasn't clear whether he was shot or stabbed.  He was found in the 200 block of W. 71st St., the Chicago Tribune reported.

Man Surrenders After Barricade Situation

A man surrendered to police after holing himself up inside a South Side home for several hours Tuesday afternoon, the Chicago Tribune reported. He was reportedly doing rehab work on a home when he pulled a gun on the homeowner and demanded money.

Man Dies After Being Shot in Face

A 44-year-old South Side man died about 30 minutes after he was found lying on the sidewalk three blocks from his home with a gunshot wound to the face Tuesday morning, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
