Police-Involved Shooting
Lawndale
Two people were shot by police Thursday evening during an incident on the city's South Side, the Chicago Tribune reported.  Both victims were taken in "trauma" condition to Mount Sinai hospital.  The Independent Review Authority is reviewing the incident.

Teller Punched
Lindenhurst
A bank robber was punched in the face by one of three masked men who robbed a north suburban Associated Bank location on Wednesday, according to the Chicago Tribune.  The robbery was very similar to one that happened three weeks ago at another bank location less than four miles away.

Body Found
Park Manor
A man believed to be in his 30s with an apparent gunshot wound to his chest was found early Thursday morning in an alley on the city's South Side, the Chicago Tribune reported.  The man's death was ruled a homicide, but police don't have a motive or anyone in custody.
