Waukegan High School's Washington Street Campus was put on lockdown Wednesday afternoon after a report that a 15-year-old boy had a gun, the Chicago Tribune reported, citing officials. No one was injured.
Pot Lab Busted

Chicago drug-enforcement officers raided a Northwest Side apartment and seized more than 300 marijuana plants they believe could've fetched up to $20,000 on the street, the Chicago Tribune reported. The entire unit had been converted into a growing lab, police said.
Fatal Shooting

An 18-year-old man who was inside a Lincoln Town car with a female when both were shot has died, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. The female was taken to the hospital. Her condition was not reported.
