Nearly 20 people were displaced after an apartment building in a northwest side neighborhood caught fire early Sunday morning. 

The fire began just before 4 a.m. at a three-story apartment complex near Lawrence and Lawndale Avenues in Albany Park.

The fire is believed to have started on the building's back porch, officials said.

No residents were injured in the blaze.
