Air Angels Going Out of Business

From the Bolingbrook Sun:  Citing "recent and ongoing events," Air Angels, an air and ground ambulance service based at Bolingbrook Clow International Airport, ceased operations Feb. 19.

Thirty-three workers of Air Angels have received notice their employment is ending in 60 days.

The company is going out of business following an Oct. 2008 crash that killed four people.

Children's Memorial Hospital, where the helicopter was heading when it crashed, issued a statement about Air Angels' closure:
