Victims drove to the hospital following shooting

Police are investigating a double shooting in the city's Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood Tuesday.

It happened near 71st and Harvard at about 3 p.m.

Police confirm a 4-year-old child was shot in the hand in the shooting.

The other shooting victim, a 26-year-old man, drove himself to St. Bernard Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

The rear right-side passenger door of a vehicle had been shot out at the scene.

It's not clear what prompted the shooting.
