This Chicago hotel is offering a Friday night under the stars for the bargain price of $10,000.
Tucked away in Chicago's Magnificent Mile, just east of Michigan Avenue, sits the Affinia Hotel.
The luxury outpost is doing something a little different this summer, the management is offering a chance for a few well-to-do folks to spend a night under the stars in their open-air roof top suite.
"This is our inside-out suite," says marketing manager Bridget Machalinski. "With the harsh winters that Chicago's had we just wanted our guests to be able to take advantage the nice warm summer months of Chicago and be outside as much as possible."
Machalinski says interest is high for the one-night stay package but no one has booked the $10,000 per night room just yet.
What do you get for all that cash?
A private outdoor suite, Champagne, a customized meal from their executive chef and a private movie screening on the rooftop.
Plus a one-of-a-kind experience.
"This is the only outdoor rooftop suite in Chicago," she said.
In this town, it can only last so long.
