Several people were injured when a bus carrying airline employees was hit by a baggage cart at O’Hare International Airport on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Chicago Fire Department, six people were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries after the bus they were riding in was struck by the cart just before 3 p.m.
The bus was carrying American Airlines employees, according to the Chicago Department of Aviation, and operations at the airport were not impacted by the collision.
“The CDA is working with its partners on an investigation into the cause of this accident,” the CDA said in a statement.
