6 Hurt in Bronzeville Crash

Two toddlers among the injured, fire officials said

Six people were injured Wednesday morning in a multiple-vehicle crash in Bronzeville, authorities said.

A minivan and vintage Trans Am collided at about 10:45 a.m. on the 4300 block of South Michigan Avenue, according to Chicago Fire Department's media office.

Five people, including two toddlers, had to be extracted from the vehicles. They were taken to area hospitals in critical condition. A sixth person suffered fair-to-serious injuries.
