4 Dead, 13 Wounded Overnight

Another violent night erupted across Chicagoland, Saturday.

Reports say more four people were killed and 13 were wounded in separate shootings, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The first reported incident, according to the Chicago Tribune, occured on the 5800 block of West Thomas Street in the Austin neighborhood. A 53-year-old woman, identified as Robin Winston of the 1100 block of North Menard Avenue, was shot in the chest and stomach. She died at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.

Another occured on the 7400 block of East 74th street when a 32-year-old man, identified as Floyd Peterson of the 7300 block of South Eberhart Avenue was shot after an argument with three men on a sidewalk there. He died at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn because of wounds to the abdomen, the paper reports.

A third homicide was reported in the Stony Island neighborhood, where a gunman opened fire on a party. A 22-year-old man identified as Sean Avery of the 8200 block of South East End Avenue, was shot in the abdomen and later died at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. A second man, who wasn't identified, also suffered a gunshot wound -- a graze on his toe.

A fourth homicide occured in the Back of the Yards neighborhood when Beto Rodriquez of the 4900 block of South Wolcott was shot. He later died at Stein Institute.
