The mist from Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park is one way to cool off on a hot Chicago day. Swimming in it is another story.

Three young people took a swim in the fountain's basin Wednesday. Around 6:10 PM, Grant Park security saw on camera a man and two women frolicking in the water. Police caught the trio in the fountain soon after.

Sana Rezai, Millicent Kennedy, and Giovanna Pizzoferrato, in their 20s, were arrested and released on their own recognizance. According to Chicago Police, they are charged with misdemeanor reckless conduct and scheduled to appear in court on October 28.
