Four Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash

SUV involved in crash located, driver still at large

Police are looking for the driver of an SUV that crashed into four pedestrians Monday.

An mother and her three children, aged 3 months old, 3 years old and 7 years old, were all listed in stable condition after they were struck while crossing the street in the 1600 block of West Jackson Blvd.

Police say the driver of a red SUV ran a red light and struck another car which careened into the victims in the crosswalk.

Police found the SUV Monday night in an alley at Oakley and Adams, but the driver was still at large.

The driver is described as a Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years old, around 5-feet-10 inches tall and 300 pounds. He was wearing a gray t-shirt and black jeans.
