Second Man Charged in Darien Murders

Grand jury hands down 22-count indictment

A second man was indicted by a DuPage County grand jury Tuesday for last month's triple murder in Darien

Jacob Nodarse, the alleged gunman, faces a 22-count felony indictment including charges of murder, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and home invasion.

Prosecutors say the Countryside man broke into the home of Jeffrey, Lori and Michael Kramer on March 2nd and shot and killed the husband, wife and son.

Nodarse's friend, Johnny Borizov, 28, has been indicted for helping plan to kill his ex-girlfriend's family after a child custody fight over their son.

Angela Kramer survived the shooting after she hid in a closet and called police.

Nodarse is expected in court Wednesday. Borizov pleaded not guilty last week.
