Four Stabbed in Fight at West Loop Club
Victim in critical condition

Charges were pending Saturday against a man who police say stabbed four other men -- seriously wounding two of them -- in a fight at a West Loop bar early Saturday. All five men were hospitalized Saturday.
Police began receiving calls about 1:20 a.m. for a report of a person stabbed or possibly shots fired at Des Plaines and Washington according to dispatch reports. Numerous police cars and four ambulances responded to the scene.
There was no shooting, but four men were stabbed in a fight, according to police News Affairs.
The incident happened at the Columbus Restaurant and Bar, 651 W. Washington Blvd.
A 29-year-old man suffered stab wounds to the neck and back and was listed in critical condition at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to News Affairs.
A 26-year-old man suffered multiple stab wounds to the back and arms and was in "guarded" condition at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.
Another 26-year-old man suffered multiple stab wounds to both arms and was listed in "stable" condition at Stroger Hospital, according to News Affairs.
The fourth victim, a 35-year-old man, was in "stable" condition at Mount Sinai Hospital with stab wounds to the back, police said.
At least one of the victims was found in a parking lot just northwest of the bar.
The alleged offender, a 37-year-old man, was in police custody at Mercy Hospital in "stable" condition with minor cuts about his head. Charges were pending as of Saturday morning.
Harrison Area detectives are investigating.
