"Dude, I do this every night."

That's what Zachary R. Duis told an Indiana state trooper when he was pulled over for driving with a blood alcohol almost four times the state's legal limit of .08, according to Chicago Breaking News.

Duis, who was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, was also wanted on two Porter County warrants for resisting law enforcement and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Duis was pulled over around 2:20 a.m., shortly after the Porter County sheriff's department received a call about a 1995 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck being driven erratically.

A sheriff's deputy pulled Duis over. The trooper arrived shortly thereafter. That's when Duis said "Dude, I do this every night. I'm straight up and not drunk!"

Duis was then straight up taken to the Porter County Jail.
