Head Shot
Hamilton Park
A 28-year-old man was seriously wounded when someone from another car shot him in the head, causing him to slam into a building, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.  No one is in custody and a description of the shooter was not available.

Floating Body
Rogers Park
The clotheless body of a man was found Wednesday morning in Lake Michigan off Loyola University's Lake Shore Campus, the Chicago Tribune reported.  The body did not appear to be decomposed.  An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.

Police Shooting
Bridgeport
An off-duty officer working security for a business fired his gun at three men in a van after one of them pointed a gun at hime, the Chicago Tribune reported.  No one was injured.
