Trio Shot
South Shore
Two men were found shot within a block of each other on the South Side this evening, and a third person was found shot nearby soon after, the Chicago Tribune reported, citing authorities.  Police are unclear if the shootings are related.

Fatal Fire
Irving Park
Police are investigating the death of a man in an early morning fire as a homicide, the Chicago Tribune reported.  The man was pulled from the residence and taken to the hospital in critical condition.  An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.

Employee Attacked
Wrigleyville
An employee of the Cubby Bear bar on Addison Street was tied up, hit on the head with a handgun and robbed early Friday morning by someone dressed all in black, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.  A description of the robber was very vague.
