Car into Townhome
South Deering
A woman who was upset after a family fight drove into a home on the South Side with a toddler in the vehicle, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. She was charged with child endangerment and assault.
Fatal Shooting
Austin
A 24-year-old man, Dewan Smith, was shot and killed late Wednesday night, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. Police have no one in custody.
Shot in the Back
Humboldt Park
A 37-year-old man was killed after he was shot in the back Wednesday evening, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. Terril Bell was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition and later died.
