There are new worries from the FDA about the way people are trying to get rid of their wrinkles.

Nearly two million people got cosmetic injections to reduce wrinkles last year.

But a recent FDA report says getting rid of crow's feet and laugh lines with injections has led to 900 reports of adverse events over the past six years.

The problems include facial numbness, swelling, and in the worst cases, severe allergic reaction and disfigurement.

Still, consumer demand for the procedures is growing, so tomorrow the FDA convenes a panel of experts to review the safety and efficacy of cosmetic fillers now on the market.
