Since the weather is finally nice in Chicago, it is officially the season for showing some skin.  Perhaps you've noticed, women are wearing more short-shorts and tank tops and the guys are showing off their 6-pack abs (or not).

So, it is more important than ever to be choosing foods that allow you to put your best skin forward. Certain foods you eat can moisturize, smooth out, even tone skin, lessening the signs of wrinkles and actually acting as an internal sunscreen.

Dietician and nutristionist Dawn Jackson Blatner says specific foods, the special ingredients in the foods and what exactly they do for the skin are to be considered in summer skin care.

As a bonus, Blatner offers a quick idea on how to creatively and easily prepare/eat the foods.
