It really is all about the booty isn’t it - and we are all willing to work a little harder for a higher, tighter booty. Luckily we have a flirty exercise that is as fun as it is effective. No equipment is required except for some determination and the desire to change the shape of your backside. You may not feel sexy executing this exercise but the results sure are hot!

  • Begin by lying on your back, your hands by your sides. Your knees are bent, your feet are shoulder width apart and your heels are about a half a foot from your booty.
  • Engage your abs, leading with your hips, lift them up high off the floor so you are resting on your shoulders and neck and you’ve created a triangle between the floor, your calves and your back. Squeeze your knees together and clench your booty tight to get the most out of the exercise.
  • Lower your hips, uncurling your vertebrae to the floor.
  • Repeat 30 times for full effect.
