If you've thought your dream of owning a laptop computer was out of reach, think again.

ABC7 is reporting that you can have your own Hewlett-Packard Compaq Mini NetBook for 99 cents.

Sound too good to be true? Well, there is a catch, the station's web site reports.

Customers have to sign a two-year mobile broadband contract with Sprint that limits users to 5 gigabytes of web data usage per month. Extra fees apply if that limit is exceeded.

The deal is a joint offering from Best Buy and Sprint.
