Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn is warning Gov. Rod Blagojevich that he's on his way to being impeached by the Illinois House, convicted in the state Senate and removed from office. Quinn said Tuesday he believes there are grounds to move against the governor, and that's what will happen to Blagojevich. Quinn warned the governor to adjust his conduct accordingly. Blagojevich can't give full attention to his job of running the state, Quinn said, adding that Blagojevich has lost the confidence of the people of Illinois. Quinn wants Blagojevich to resign or step aside. Blagojevich has said he won't resign and will fight the charges against him.
