A 29-year-old man died Monday morning after a vehicle he was in crashed into a house in southwest suburban Burbank.

Adam Mazur was killed in the crash at the intersection of 78th Street and Nagle Avenue in Burbank. He was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn at 1:19 a.m., the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said.

It is not clear when the accident occurred, but as of 3:30 a.m. crews from the Burbank Fire Department were still on the scene, according to a fire department spokesman.

It was not immediately known if anyone else was injured in the crash.

The Burbank Police Department declined to comment.
