CTA, Car-Sharing Service Partner Up
Single card allows rides on CTA and access to I-GO cars

If you've had trouble giving up your car in the city, the CTA is hoping its new car-sharing partnership will give you that extra nudge.
The CTA and I-GO Car Sharing officially launched the program Tuesday.
Chicago Card users can now sign up for I-GO, and use the same card to ride the CTA and access cars parked across the city.
I-GO is an established not-for-profit car-sharing service in Chicago, with about 200 cars available for short-term (as little as 30 minutes) or full-day rentals.
To join, you need to be a current Chicago Card member who is not a member of I-GO. The joint card program is only available to 5,000 new I-GO members at this point, with plans to expand it to current I-GO members later.
