Rodelio Aglibot Moves to NYC, But Won't Leave Chicago Behind

Sunda Executive Chef Rodelio Aglibot told The Feast today that he has officially moved to New York City to become the Executive Chef of the BLT Restaurant Group. In case you're worried about where this leaves Sunda, rest assured that he is still involved with the River North hotspot. In fact, he will be in Chicago at least twice a month assuming his position as consulting chef for the restaurant, meaning his signature crispy rice pan-fried sushi and duck hash salad isn't going anywhere.

Aglibot might also make a few extra trips to Chicago in the next few months as BLT will be opening a highly-anticipated Chicago location.  Although the yet-to-be-named restaurant has no definitive opening date or location, The Feast hears that BLT is in talks with a notable Chicago-bred chef to run the kitchen.
