Chicago area fans can be part of the audience for a live "America's Got Talent" taping next month.

The NBC reality show will be taping live a the Rosemont Theater May 8-10.

Tickets are free, but you must register for a lottery.

Judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Mel B and host Nick Cannon will all be in the building for the live tapings.

The program showcases an array of talented individuals -- such as traditional singers, dancers and comedians to the non-traditional talents like ventriloquists and fire eaters.

The shows will begin airing on NBC in July.
