Supermodel Heidi Klum is now a Samuel like Seal.

“Project Runway” host Heidi Klum has taken on musician hubby Seal’s last name, Samuel, after four years of marriage, Usmagazine.com reports.
It is unclear if Klum will go use her new name professionally. She filed the necessary court paperwork last month and cited “marriage” as the reason, according to Us.
The news comes days after Klum wowed crowds by rocking a fit post-baby body on the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show in Manhattan five weeks after giving birth.
In 2005, Klum also walked for Victoria’s Secret, sporting a sizzling bikini only two months after popping out son Henry.
For the record, Seal’s full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel.
