Gaga, ooh la la, you’re on the cover of “Vogue”!
The icy blond diva, known for her outlandish fashion sense and pop-meets-techno songs, is covering the March issue of “Vogue,” which was recently leaked, MTV reports.
The cover shows Gaga in a bobbed bubblegum pink wig (what is it with celebrities and brightly-colored wigs these days?), in a beautiful draping Grecian-inspired dress.
This is the singer’s first “Vogue” cover, and Gaga (born Stefani Germanotta) seems to be taking the high honor appropriately. “They used to call me rabbit teeth in school, and now I’m a real live VOUGE BEAUTY QUEEN!” Gaga tweeted, along with a photo of her cover.
Gaga is slated to perform her new single, “Born This Way,” at the Grammys on February 13th.
She gave fans a bit of a preview of what to expect via Twitter earlier this week, tweeting “So many nights I’ve wept, too many thoughts to say. But now it’s less than 12 days left, till I was Born This Way. X Mother Monster.”
