Morgan already has three grown sons from his first marriage to his high school sweetheart, Sabrina, whom he divorced in 2009 after 23 years together.

Soon after, the funnyman met his current ladylove and announced in September 2011 on the Emmy red carpet that the twosome had gotten engaged six months earlier in San Francisco.

No word yet on a wedding date. For now, Tracy's enjoying being a proud papa for the fourth time and welcoming their new addition to the family.

"Mother and child are doing fine," the 44-year-old comic actor told People. "Love to all my fans and thank you for your support. We hope to see you soon."

Morgan first revealed the pregnancy to the magazine in January, saying he was "over the moon excited and just [wants] a happy and healthy baby and a safe delivery for Megan."

Aside from diaper duty, Morgan's been keeping plenty busy since the end of "30 Rock."

Not only did he reportedly treat his soon-to-be-missus to a spectacular pink-filled baby shower at Sasso in Cresskill, N.J., but he recently hosted the Billboard Music Awards and took part in the Global Discovery campaign from the Creative Coalition and Renaissance Hotels in which he shared his favorite memories from traveling around the U.S.
