Jerry Seinfeld Presents Jimmy Fallon With Web Series' First Award

Jerry Seinfeld has presented Jimmy Fallon with the first ever “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” award.

Seinfeld stopped by “The Tonight Show” on Christmas Eve Eve, better known as Festivus to the rest of us, to celebrate the season-ending release of his award-winning webseries which featured the “Tonight Show” host.

The famous comedian performed a short stand-up routine, joking about hoarders versus savers, before sitting down for what turned into a mutual admiration fair.

“Nobody shine’s up a guest like Jimmy Fallon,” gushed Seinfeld. ”You walk out of here and you are like polished silver.”

“You look fantastic,” responded Fallon. “How is the family of the cutest kids in the whole wide world?”

Seinfeld congratulated Fallon on the birth of his second daughter and talked about his own son’s latest obsession with Legos, which he fears one day the boy will wake up and realize that he has been building things for no reason.

“At some point this kid is going to say ‘this is stupid, they’re making me work for nothing',” joked Seinfeld.

The two funny men then chatted about filming “Comedians in Car Getting Coffee,” and Fallon admitted that it was one of the most memorable day's of his entire life.

Jerry tell the “Tonight Show” host that he was the best comedian he ever had on the show and presented him with an award for his excellent performance, a first for the web series.

“Jimmy Fallon, The Unsinkable Legend, New World Record. ‘Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,’ 30-Minute Epidsode,” Fallon read from the plaque on the framed picture.

“We ended up on my boat, which they call the Unsinkable Legend,” said Seinfeld. “But it also means you Jimmy, you are the unsinkable Legend.”
