According to the L.A. City Attorney's Office, police responded to a call from the home on June 23 when the "Candy Shop" singer had been arguing with the alleged victim and started to take his anger out on her property.

Police claim that the Get Rich or Die Tryin' rapper caused $7,100 in property damage. Officers alleged to have seen broken furniture, chandeliers, one broken television and lamp and a ransacked bedroom closet.

By the time police arrived to the scene of the argument, 50 Cent had already left the condo. He's due to be arraigned July 22 in Van Nuys Superior Court and could face up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines should he be convicted on all five counts.
