As if Chris Brown doesn't have enough to worry about, now he has to watch his back.

Anthony Geisler, president of L.A. Boxing, which bills itself as the world's largest boxing, kick boxing and mixed martial arts training organization, has challenged the embattled entertainer to a fight.

Brown was arrested Feb. 8 and booked on suspicion of making felony criminal threats to a woman that is widely believed to be his girlfriend, fellow singer Rihanna.

Geisler has sent a letter to Brown's manager, but not surprisingly hasn't received a reply.

"The issues of domestic violence are pretty widespread and to see this situation happen -- it's unfortunate," Geisler said. Nobody knows the specifics of how it happened, but I don't think anyone's arguing the fact that it has happened ... if Chris Brown is man enough to do that, then I was willing to stand up and see what he could do against me."

Geisler started a Facebook Group page called "I Want to Fight Chris Brown," which has more than 3,500 members.

He's also getting a lot of attention from radio stations across the country and media outlets as far away as Australia.

Geisler admits it's a publicity stunt, not for his own gain, but as a way to shine more attention on the issue of domestic violence.

The leaked pictures of Rihanna's injuries on TMZ.com only increased his resolve.

"From where I stand, and how I believe, and as far as I'm concerned, there's really nothing that a woman is going to do that is going to drive me to do that. That's close to beating my kid or kicking my dog," Geisler said.

Geisler said he wants to take on Brown in a structured setting, although if he saw him out and about, he would definitely approach him on the spot. And what technique would the trained fighter use?

"Whatever he wants. I'm down for a classic boxing match, I'm down for MMA in a cage -- whatever he wants," Geisler said. "Wherever he is, if he's ready to show up, I'll take him anywhere, anytime."

The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting an internal investigation into the release of the photo reportedly showing Rihanna with her injuries from the alleged domestic violence incident with Brown.
