That Stings! Eddie, Jobo Dumped from B96

The 20-year radio team of Eddie and JoBo is off the air at Top 40 WBBM-FM (96.3).
Ed Volkman and Joe Bohannon, veteran morning team since joined the station in 1988, and, except for a two-year absence, have been on the Top 40 music station since.
Officials at B96 confirmed that Ed Volkman and Joe Bohannon were let go from the station on Friday, and their midday host J Niice through the end of the year. A new morning team will debut in January, WBBM-TV reported.
The duo's bios have already been scrubbed from the radio station's Web site.
