Jennifer Aniston: Lonely Girl Label Is Bull
40-year-old actress blasted the press for making her seem like a pity case

Jennifer Aniston said she may be unlucky in love -- but she's no lonely girl.
In an interview on the E! network, the 40-year-old actress said just because she's had a string of highly publicized splits doesn't mean she's the tragic spinster she's made out to be in her most recent Elle magazine spread.
"It's just their headline of 'Lonely Girl' that's sort of bulls--t," Aniston said. "I agreed to do it because how many times have I done an interview -- every time -- and you're misquoted and stupid sound bites get taken out of context and all of that ... still happened with this."
"It's unavoidable."
Aniston has had a number of high-profile Hollywood romances that ended abruptly -- adding the likes of Brad Pitt, Vince Vaughn and John Mayer to her trail of tears. But she said that's no reason to make her a pity case.
The actress told Australian Harper's Bazaar she is still a romantic and believes in love despite the tough breakups.
"I'm still a romantic. I still believe in love," Aniston.
She dished to the magazine that she believes relationships end because both individuals fail to compromise.
"I think it's laziness. I really do," she said. "I think a good relationship is about collaboration. That's the way to go in a relationship. I think you need to talk to each other. Say what you need. Say what you want."
The "Love Happens" actress said she's trying to remain optimistic.
"I'm not upset about it," she told E!. "I just find it funny."
