There’s an actor behind those muscles.
Kellan Lutz, who recently bested his “Twilight” co-star Taylor Lautner and other hulky celebs on Men’s Health magazine’s Best Summer Bodies list, said he hopes to someday be known for more than chiseled abs.
"By no means do I want to be a piece of meat for the rest of my career,” Lutz told Usmagazine.com from New Orleans on the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, where he’s helping to rebuild homes for affected residents.
With two films in the “Twilight Saga” in the works, the 25-year-old actor said he’s okay -- for now – with being “one of the guys that can help sell a movie by taking his shirt off.”
But he told Us he still finds it “funny when you get asked to do a talk show, and then they follow it up with requesting you take your shirt off.”
