Sarah Palin’s teen daughter will have to fight for full custody of her baby boy against Levi Johnston in open court.

An Alaskan judge revoked the pair's anonymity in court proceedings over the fate of their 1-year-old son Tripp last week, revealing details of the case for the first time, The Associated Press reported.

"I do not feel protected against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding," Johnston had said in an affidavit, the AP reported. "I hope that if it is open she will stay out of it. Bristol's attorney is her attorney."

Bristol Palin had argued "no good could result to the child by an onslaught of media."

Newly released documents from November reveal what’s shaping up to be a bitter custody battle between the former high school sweethearts.

Palin filed a petition for sole custody and financial support of Tripp. In court papers, Palin accuses Johnston of having engaged in “sporadic visitation rights,” according to the AP.

Her petition calls Johnston’s recent nude photo shoot with Playgirl “risqué” and demands that Johnston’s mother not be allowed unsupervised visits with the baby.

Johnston’s mother, Sherry Johnston, is serving a 3-year sentence in home confinement over “possession with intent to deliver” a prescription painkiller, the AP reported.

Palin also accuses her ex-fiancé, Johnston, of possibly abusing marijuana, citing references to "weed" on a Twitter feed that bears his name.

Johnston says the Twitter account is a “fraud” and also denies having been absent in Tripp’s life.

He is seeking shared custody, according to the AP.

In November, Johnston won an apology from "Tonight Show" host Conan O'Brien for a sketch where actor William Shatner did an interpretive reading of "real Johnston" tweets later were revealed to have been fraudulent.
