Kate Walsh Divorce Finalized – Furniture Ownership Up To A Coin Flip

Kate Walsh is a "Private" single woman once more.

The star's divorce from ex-husband Alex Young has been finalized, according to court papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday and acquired by Access Hollywood.

Young received $627,000 in the split, as well as future income from Walsh's residuals from episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" and "Private Practice" filmed during their 14-month marriage – a union so short that the papers state that Walsh must provide Young with a copy of a check for "outstanding wedding security expenses."

Both agreed that the details of their marriage would remain confidential.

Meanwhile, Walsh received "the piano and the debt associated with the piano," but the ownership of their furniture is up in the air – it will be resolved after the "flip of a coin to determine who will pick first."

The former couple has no children.

According to the papers, they wed on September 1, 2007, and separated in November 2008.
