Pop singer Britney Spears is on the upswing. She will appear on the cover of Rolling Stones magazine in an upcoming issue.

Team Britney, who run the pop singer’s web site, confirmed the news in a blog post, Monday evening.

“It’s been a while since Britney’s graced the covers of the glossies,” the team wrote in a post. “But soon that will all change… Britney shot her Rolling Stone cover yesterday.”
Though no proofs were posted, Brit’s Web team said she “looked absolutely stunning.”
