Beyonce's to blame for dozens of people losing their jobs and a video game developer being out more than $100 million, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday in New York.

Gate Five claims it had teamed up with the singer for a dance game called "Starpower: Beyonce." The game was supposed to be out in time for Christmas, but the project fell apart when Beyonce demanded more money, according to the suit. As a result, claims Gate Five, 70 people lost their jobs.

The company also claims it lost a $7 million initial investment, and more than $100 million in potential profits.

Beyonce's representatives had no comment.
