Taste of Chicago: Wednesday's Schedule of Events

    The 35th annual Taste of Chicago kicks off Wednesday in Grant Park with some of the city’s biggest food vendors and musicians on tap.

    The five-day event will feature more than 100 menu items from 60 food trucks, pop-ups and restaurants from Chicago’s culinary community.

    The fest runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

    Here’s a look at the schedule of events for Wednesday’s festivities:

    • 10:45 a.m.  Taste of Chicago Opening Ceremony at the Bud Light Stage at Columbus and Balbo
    • Pop-Up Restaurants: Jin Ju, Dinky Donuts, Inc., Luke's Lobster, Puffs of Doom
    • Food Trucks: Beavers Coffee + Donuts, Bruges Brothers, Chicago Cupcake, Chicago Lunchbox, Gino's Steaks Truck, Giordano's, Harold's Chicken, Jack's Fork in the Road, Jerk. Modern Jamaican Grill, La Cocinita, Little Tittle's Cupcakes, Starfruit Café, The Crave Bar, Yum Dum
    • 11 a.m.-7 p.m.  Fashion Focus Chicago Maker Market
