The online reservation service Open Table released its "100 Best Restaurants in America for 2015" list, and four Chicago area restaurants made the cut.

Bavette’s, Boka, The Capital Grille in Lombard, and Les Nomades were all named among the best.

Open Table based its findings on more than 5,000,000 reviews submitted by diners who ate at more than 20,000 restaurants across the country.

Below are the four Chicago eateries that made Open Table’s top 100 list plus a description on what makes them so delectable:

Bavette’s (218 W. Kinzie St., Chicago, River North)

Bavette’s, a European-style steakhouse, offers a hefty list of steak options as well as fresh seafood, according to its menu. Open Table reports Bavette's signature ribeye is dry-aged in house. The drink menu is equally as impressive, with dozens of options of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch.

Boka (1729 N. Halsted St., Chicago, Lincoln Park)

Boka first opened in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood in 2003, according to its website. It has received several accolades, including a prestigious Michelin star this year. Boka’s food combines contemporary flare and American fare. Chefs also focus on using as many local ingredients as possible, according to Open Table's report.

The Capital Grille (87 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard)

Diners can savor one of the many mouth-watering steaks that are hand-cut by the restaurant’s own butchers. According to Capital Grille's online menu, for $53 customers can get best of both land and sea. The seared tenderloin comes with butter and poached lobster tails. Patrons can also combine their entrée with one of the more than 350 wine labels from around the world, Open Table reports.

Les Nomades (222 E. Ontario St., Chicago, Gold Coast)

Open Table calls Les Nomades “one of Chicago’s finest dining experiences.” The restaurant is tucked inside a town home and features a cozy interior. The menu has a wide selection to satisfy selective palates, including escargots, mushroom soup and truffle foam, and artisan cheeses. Gentlemen, don’t forget a suit jacket. Proper attire is required, according to Open Table.
